Since 1974 the CHEO Foundation has been dedicated to raising, managing and disbursing funds to support the exceptional work of CHEO, the CHEO Research Institute and Roger Neilson Children's Hospice.
Since 1974, our population has grown, our service offerings have grown, and our catchment area has grown. Today, CHEO receives over 700,000 visits per year and partners with thousands of organizations and health-care professionals. As CHEO Foundation looks to the future, we remain dedicated to supporting CHEO in
delivering exceptional care to children and families. With the continued generosity of our community, CHEO will continue to make a profound and lasting difference in the lives of countless children for generations to come.

Roy's Ride for Research will cover a challenging 2,600 km bike ride from the Children’s Hospital in Winnipeg to the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) in Ottawa. The journey will take approximately 30 days, from August 15 to September 15, as Roy rides to raise much-needed funds and awareness for pediatric oncology research.
